Please read every section before placing an order directly with us . These are our terms and conditions and are laid out so that you understand what we require from you & what you can expect from us in return for you .
You agree to these terms by conducting business with us .

The Company ( Who we are )
You conduct business with OA21 Ltd, a UK Entity/company registered at companies house in the United Kingdom. You are not trading with any individual . We are a manufacturer and do not have a high street location or walk in premises . ALL and any communication must be made in the first instance via our contact page, and our website https://www.oa21.com/contact to inform us of anything you wish to send to our registered office . Physical letters can be sent to us, but only after we have been notified by our contact page online. We prefer to deal with any issue via email or phone as this is more efficient and accurate
Note :-
We do not accept unsolicited mail at our registered office . We, like so many are victims of people trying to cheat us via mail. This system is for everyone's security and safety, and must be understood without exception .
Physical goods must NOT be sent to our registered address, We have an address to return all items, that is suppled to you after you contact us here https://www.oa21.com/contact & under the conditions of our service conditions.
Communication must not be made to any personal email of staff. This is due to security of payment's, and to safeguard all transactions for our customers . Security of our staff, the company and our customers is above all else .
Service Request ( What to expect from us )
OA21 Ltd will repair / service / Renovate - then return your unit to your provided address for a fixed price agreed by you before we commence work ( Excluding exceptional parts such as case parts ) Prices are quoted and agreed before commencement . Payment is for booking of service for an agreed type of unit that is considered bespoke , including normal service parts for your specific unit . It is for service & renovation for the pre order of labour to carry out our exceptional standards promoted here . https://www.oa21.com Once paid and the unit is received at our address provided to you after payment , together with a copy of the service invoice , delivered to your email address . We will commence work and create our magic . We will "renovate" your unit . Note we use third parties in this process for certain services and supply of parts, so when an order is placed it cannot be cancelled after payment .
What we expect from you
It is a condition for you to make sure the unit is delivered to our address that's given to you with a " Proof of delivery " . We will not pay excess delivery charges to receive goods . We will not collect any package from a carriers address. All units must be delivered after payment to us at our specific and supplied delivery address . We will check all units before we commence work. We do this to assess any carriage damage, and to make sure we receive the unit we agreed to and as it was sent to us . We will inform you if it is not as expected or as agreed when the order was placed.
Your order and payment terms
When a prepaid service & Renovation is not used within 60 days or for failing to send the unit to our supplied address & or the unit being lost before we get it, The prepaid sum for service will still hold . The service is by definition an advance payment for an agreed and prepaid labour cost at the time of order , and and allocation of time for your exact bespoke product . Parts may be ordered or included and allocated in our cost at the time of order . This means once a service is paid, if for the above reasons or any reason beyond our control including a "change of mind" it is not used, or wanted within 60 days, and we receive no unit to the supplied address, no full or partial refund will be due. We aim to complete all renovations quickly, and in particular if speed is a condition specified by you at the time of order - no full or partial refund will be given .
Refunds for failure
If we are to blame for a failure to carry out the agreed work, a full or partial refund will be given within 28 days, when we have agreed that we cannot complete the work to our standards and advised you that this is the case .
Expiration and time window
The service once paid is good for 60 days, from the paid date . Any units sent to us after this time has expired , will be rejected at our delivery address, and will not be our responsibility . We will consider the service completed after 60 days if the unit is not received by us before that time has expired . The service has no redemption value, and expires after 60 days. It can only be used for a service or renovation by ONIX AUDIO - OA21 Ltd within 60 days of payment .
Service orders, & Conditions
Once an order is placed by you, we reserve the right to consider it "Bespoke " if the item is not in stock. This is the case for all service & renovation work , Service & renovation is considered " Bespoke " if we do not hold stock and / or obtain parts for you / and pre book labour for the work required by third parties . If payment is effected by a credit token or bank transfer and any attempt to charge-back is made for a breach of these terms or anything "beyond our control " , we reserve the right to charge a fee for additional time taken to defend it. This will be charged at an hourly rate In addition to our financial loss .
What we will do
We will return warranty work and renovation work at our cost in the warranty period. or for fees included in the price if paid outside of warranty .We are not liable for carrier delays and if these occur we will not be held liable for said delays . We will only be responsible of return of your unit once competed and returned by us . We will always try to resolve a problem before anything occurs, but if we are forced to spend time due to unreasonable demands , while trying to resolve an issue, not created by fair practice , we will charge for time taken if it is beyond out control. 99% of anything can be resolved by communication . Very rarely we may have to replace a part on older units that is not easily available , if this occurs we will contact you and advise you of this and any delay . We will order parts from the time of placing an order and as such will consider them paid for by the order payment.
Bespoke is defined by any delivery of over 7 days from order . Or any classic service work. We make most things to order, which means we make parts and case work in the UK as such they may take an extended time to deliver , Generally we do not hold stock of finished product , Delivery of goods can be up to two months or more after payment If we fail to deliver in 6 months we will refund in full any money paid . We always strive to deliver faster than advised and always inform you of progress. We will pass on an estimated delivery date at the time of order and payment, but this date is not a condition of sale or our acceptance of payment and is not contractual . Tolerance is to be exercised by the buyer, We are not a retail shop , we are the manufacturer. You accept an advantageous compromise for quality and price and understand this . We don't buy parts from a high street store . Or from Chinese Temu .
SOCIAL MEDIA AGREEMENT
We further reserve the right to take action for social media posts that claim we have failed under our agreements with you . We do not respond to posts used in efforts to extort money or free goods from us, or to change our terms . If these posts are made we reserve the right to publish the entire communication string between us and you and/or take legal action for damage's. We will also defend our position if you have not read these conditions being clearly posted in several areas of our site .
Our Response
Allowing others to make a fair assessment in any claim that we have failed, means we can publish the whole communication string and your name. Your rights are not affected by this condition, as we will do whatever it takes to make you complete and happy with us . We will if the above occurs be given the right by you to publish your full name and this is a condition of posting on false accusations on social media.
Respecting our integrity as we respect yours is a fair solution, as we do not believe social media is the solution to any problem. We don't respond to blackmail threatened by it , and Impunity is not without recourse. Social media is not the right format for resolution of a problem.
COPYRIGHT
Furthermore we are active in copyright infringement. All communication must remain confidential between us, and you, our client. All documents, emails and letters are "copy-write" protected communication from us. They are not for open use, publication or reproduction , without our written permission The entire OA21 or associated site is copy-write protected and none of it can be used without our written permission anywhere, Links to our site also require permission If used for nefarious intention . We reserve the right to charge a fee of 100GBP per day for every infringement that we have not approved . This will be carried out by an automatic acceptance of a retrospective license for such copywrite use. If this fee is put in place we will invoice and collect payment from the owner of the site or its published media and/or the person that used the copywrite or published the copywrite material . We will consider the use a retrospective license by default and the above charge will apply once you are notified of our copywrite unauthorised use after you are given an opportunity to cease its use . If these terms are not accepted , do not use our material without permission . You will be charged a fee as above
Privacy Policy ( Your Details with us )
We work within the GDPR and the data protection laws of Europe and the UK. We will not pass your details to any third party or use your details without your consent outside our group of companies. Unless you breach our terms and conditions and it is crucial for us to publish details to protect our rights and reputation . Your statutory rights are not affected .
We never hold details of bank accounts or credit/debit cards at any point , and we use third party providers that conform to all data protection . We hold details you have passed to us, in your knowledge, we do not hold any account details or details of your financial status. religious bias, or sexual orientation. We do not condone racism of any sort and have no bias because of it .
Service Warranty claims
All serviced or renovated work has a two year warranty. If you need to make a claim on this warranty you must contact us for further instruction , We will cover all parts and labour and carriage back to you, We expect a "return to base" and the cost of transport to be paid for by you if the claim is more than 6 months after the service and return. None of These conditions that you agree too affect your statutory rights.
Happily to date we have not had anyone claim a service warranty in 5 years . We pride ourselves on quality of our workmanship and service
